Editorial guidelines
How we write, source, and review what appears on this site.
What we publish
Guides and explainers about cognitive behavioural therapy concepts, thought records, and the patterns MiraNote names. We do not publish medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
How we source
Every factual claim links to a source a reader can check: peer-reviewed research, a national health service, or a recognised professional body. We prefer primary sources over summaries of them.
How we review
Articles that explain a clinical concept are checked by a reviewer with relevant training before publication. Their name appears in the byline as "Reviewed by". Reviewed articles are re-checked when the underlying guidance changes.
What we never do
We do not invent statistics, testimonials, or outcomes. We do not describe MiraNote as a treatment. We do not use language that pressures a reader who may be in distress.
Corrections
If something is wrong, email support@miranoteai.com. We correct the article and note the change at the bottom of the page.
